What types of remittances are available?
You have the following options for remittances:
- Credit to Account
- Cash Pickup
- Mobile wallet
How much time does it take to send money?
Funds are transferred instantly to your account or for cash pickup. If funds are transferred to another bank account before the cut-off time, they will be credited on the same day. If the transfer is made after the cut-off time, the funds will be credited on the next working day.
How can I check the status of my transactions?
With Horizon Exchange Alert, our mobile alert facility, you can receive real-time SMS notifications on your handset. You will receive automated alerts during the transaction processing from our end and when the amount is credited to your account or your beneficiary’s account, all on your mobile phone.
