Horizon Exchange is a partnership firm owned by Mr. Khalid Mohamed Abdulrahman Al Ashram Alfalasi and Mr. Hassan Ibrahim Ahmad Hokal, both UAE nationals. The company commenced operations with its first branch in Deira, Dubai, focusing on foreign exchange and cross-border remittance services.

In 2024, we proudly received regulatory approval from the Central Bank of the UAE to establish our third branch, marking a significant milestone in our growth journey.

Our vision is to position Horizon Exchange among the leading exchange houses in the UAE by building a strong reputation founded on transparency, efficiency, expertise, and trust.
